I run Sarah P. Therapy, a private practice in Florida where I help young adults break free from anxiety, trauma, and relationship patterns that are holding them back — and I also work with families navigating Autism or ADHD by offering fast, affordable evaluations and support. My goal is to get people real answers and real relief, without all the waitlists and red tape. I’m trained in EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, and I love helping clients feel seen, understood, and finally... unstuck.
